For me, it was a great privilege in being able to share some views and get to know the way that @Guardian News & Media’s CEO David Pemsel @London Business School used to restructure his company and empower its team. The strategy he implemented to enforce this latter objective, providing his cooperators with a purpose and a project based on a sustainable & disruptive future, based on three major pillars: 1) financial restructure, always aiming the promotion and retaining of talent quality 2) total digitalization backed by a disruptive business model 3) structuring the role of the journalist with the power of artificial intelligence; was for me truly inspiring and the reason for me to state that, in my view, he is one of the persons that are really ‘making the future happen’ today.
